The Burnettown Police Department operates under the supervision of Police Chief David Paul Smith.  In addition to Chief Smith, there is one full time patrol officer, three part-time officers, three reserve officers and a law enforcement victim advocate.  The department works closely with the Aiken County Sheriff's Office and other agencies to Serve & Protect the citizens, businesses and visitors of the Town of Burnettown.

Court for Burnettown Police Department is generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Burnettown Town Hall at 6:00 PM.  Click here for additional court information, including a court schedule.
